Government and Public Sector Employees Welfare Housing Organization, GAPSEWHO (Regd.) has been registered as a Welfare Housing Organization under Societies Registration Act, XXI, of 1860 (Registration No. S-33868). The main object of the Organization is to provide dwelling units to government employees. The Organization works strictly on no-profit-no-loss basis and all incomes and earnings of the Organization are utilized for the sole purpose of achieving this object. The Organization is managed by serving and retired government officials.
The Organization has successfully completed one housing project in Noida, namely, “KartikKunj” at Plot No. D-13, Sector-44, NOIDA. Subsequent to completion of this Project, it has been the endeavour of the Organization to get land allotted for group housing projects for its members in NCR. Despite our best efforts, it has not been possible to get the land allotted directly in the name of the Organization because of the changed policies of the authorities. As such most of the Organizations/Societies, who want to build housing complexes in NOIDA/Greater NOIDA for their members, are collaborating with a developer who has been allotted land by these authorities after fulfilling the prescribed norms/conditions. Our Organization has decided to collaborate with Shubhkamna-Advert Group which is promoted by the Promoters who have an excellent track of record of providing quality dwelling units to government employees in the last decade.
Shubhkamna-Advert Group associated our Organisation in its project “Shubhkamna-City” on Plot No. GH-02/A, Sector-1, Greater Noida-West (Noida Extension). This project was launched entirely for the members of GAPSEWHO and has since been completely sold out. The Lease Deed in respect of this plot has already been executed; the physical possession of the plot taken, drawings approved and all other formalities have been completed for start of construction. The construction will start immediately on getting the Environment Clearance from Government of UP. A large number of members of the Organisation could not be accommodated in the earlier project named “Shubhkamna-City”, hence we were looking out for a suitable project for its members. Meanwhile Shubhkamna-Advert Group has been allotted another group housing project on plot No. GH-02/A, Sector-12 Greater Noida-West (Noida Extension) admeasuring 29002 sq.mtr. Shubhkamna-Advert Group has given this entire project named “Shubhkamna Epic” to GAPSEWHO for enrollment of its members for allotment of dwelling units.
